  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., incorrect item received).
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
